250gm cream cheese
50gm butter
...100ml fresh milk(saya guna susu tepung + 100 ml air)
140gm castor sugar
60gm superfine flour
20gm corn flour
6 egg yolk
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Direction,
1-In a pot,combine cream cheese,butter,fresh milk and sugar,melt these ingredient through double boiler until smooth.set aside to cool it off.
2-Add in superfine flour and corn flour.beat until smooth.Add in eggs yolks and lemon juice.beat again.
3-whisk the egg white with cream of tartar until look like meringue or form..
4- combine the cream cheese mixture and egg white (no.3) together..beat again until smooth..
5-grease and flour a round mould.pour in the mixture into the mould.
6-using steam bake method..put the mould in preheat oven..
**160 degree celsius for 1 hour and 10 minutes..(saya bakar 1 jam 1/2)
